Refund Policy
Short version: All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. EU/EEA/UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To request a refund, contact us at support@effycorp.com.
1. Our Merchant of Record
All payments for Sold Price & Profit Analyzer Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice and is responsible for processing payments and refunds. Your payment card statement will reflect a charge from Paddle.
By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will consider refunds in cases of extended service outages or significant functionality failures attributable to our platform. To request a refund, contact us at support@effycorp.com with your account email address and a description of the issue.
You may also contact Paddle directly through their customer support at paddle.com.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier automatically. To cancel, use the billing portal link in the extension or contact us at support@effycorp.com.
5. Free Tier
The Free tier is available at no charge with no time limit. No refunds apply to the Free tier as no payment is collected.
6. EU / EEA and UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Please contact us at support@effycorp.com to exercise this right.
